David serves as the CEO leading the team to make MyGovGuide a state of the art public sector actionable business intelligence solution leveraging automation and generative text artificial intelligence. David is also the founder and owner of Allegiant Strategies Group a strategic consulting and government relations firm specializing in Business to Government (B2G), Business to Business (B2B), and Business Growth services. David previously served over 17 years in executive government roles including 4 years as an Airborne Officer in the United States Army. David is a servant leader with a passion for helping others grow and develop winning teams. He believes in the power of the team and mentoring others to see and become the best they can be in every situation. David served the State of Florida since 2004 under four Governors and most recently served as the Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Ron DeSantis. During his tenure he provided executive guidance and policy direction for multiple state agencies with a total budget allocation of over $43 billion and over 28,800 employees. David was responsible for a suite of 13 agencies, offices, and initiatives, including:

• Department of Transportation
• Department of Education
• Office of Early Learning
• Department of Children and Families
• Guardian Ad Litem
• Department of Juvenile Justice
• Agency for Persons with Disabilities

• Coordinate with the Public Service Commission (Legislative Entity) on business needs and operational functions

Mark is a co-founder of MyGovGuide and serves as a Development Advisor, helping to build MyGovGuide since its beginning. His web development company Contextual Code specializes in creating and maintaining platforms for state government. He’s a tech wizard who used to have hair and he brings with him a stock of strategy know-how and content management expertise. When he’s not at his desk, Mark can be found in the skies or on the mountain biking trails of Northwest Arkansas.

Cynthia serves as the Budget Consultant guiding the executive and development teams on structure and context ensuring accuracy, availability, and accountability around Florida state government information. Cynthia Kelly retired after a 30+ year career in Florida state government budgeting which included a number of positions in state agencies, the Legislature, and two stints in the Governor’s Office of Policy; Budget (OPB). She was the Director of OPB and served as Staff Director for both the House and Senate Appropriations Committees. After moving to Denver, Cynthia served as Deputy Director for Budget in the Colorado Budget Office. Since then, she and her husband moved to San Diego, CA and have now relocated to Chicago, IL to continue their hiking adventures and explore more of the USA.

Grace serves as a Data Analyst at MyGovGuide, working to collect and organize the many names, faces, and agencies of Florida government. She is currently a college junior studying political science at Florida State University with hopes to graduate in Spring 2023 and remain in Tallahassee for her Master’s degree. Outside of class and work, Grace loves to read, travel, and FaceTime her dog (and her family, who are at her home in Arkansas).

Miguel serves as the Sales Executive at MyGovGuide, working to establish and maintain the best client relationships in the state of Florida. He is an alumni of Florida State University and has made Tallahassee the place he calls home. From working in the Executive office of the Governor to owning a coffee shop, he has acquired a wide range of knowledge to help you improve and stream line your business government relations with MyGovGuide technology. In his free time Miguel can be found enjoying a day at the beach or trying out one of Tallahassee’s local restaurants.

As the Marketing Associate at MyGovGuide, Julianna holds a strong foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and is currently pursuing an MBA, set to graduate in 2025. With prior roles as a Marketing Assistant and Sales and Marketing Specialist, she has acquired experience in social media marketing, graphic design, and client relations. She is dedicated to enhancing MyGovGuide’s presence through captivating graphics, engaging posts, and marketing strategies. Beyond work, she enjoys road trips, fitness, and family time.

Hayley serves as the Senior Project Manager who is responsible for overseeing the development planning, resourcing, and implementation of the application. With 14+ years working in the private sector, but with state government agencies, she brings a unique technical perspective to the MyGovGuide team.

Matt serves as a UI/UX developer with over 15 years enterprise-level web experience. One of under 500 Web Accessibility Specialists certified by the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), Matt’s focus is accessible web design and frontend development. He received his Bachelor of Science in Studio Art with a focus in Graphic Design from Florida State University in 2008.

Chris serves as a full stack Developer with a focus on backend and knows how to leverage existing technologies as well as create customized solutions in order to make applications come to life. Chris brings years of experience with a variety of technologies, specializing in content management systems, data imports, and extending existing systems. Chris is focused on not just implementing a solution that works, but one that is maintainable, reliable, and extendable. Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida State University and he enjoys using technology to enable users to enhance their lives.
